7 Days from Tangier to Fes and Merzouga Desert
Day 1: Arrival in Tangier.
After arriving to the airport, you will meet and be welcomed by your driver who will take you to your Hotel/Riad to relax and spend your first night.
Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen.
In the morning after having a traditional breakfast, your local guide will meet you at the front desk to show you the gorgeous sights around, and the most important monuments in the city then giving you answer why Tangier described as the North bride, after we will spend a wonderful day walking around the city.We will stop in Chefchaouen, and then your professional driver will take you to one of the most visited spots in the north of Morocco.
Chefchaouen is often called the light city or the blue city in which its blue painted houses spreading traditionally in a fabulous rhythm.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Fes.
After our evening arrival to Fes the imperial scientific capital of the kingdom, we will take you in a ride to discover the ramparts and the ancient city gates which witness its long historical and cultural standing.
Day 4: Fes.
After having your breakfast, you will meet our private guide to set out with him in your discovering tour and journey of the most ancient city in Morocco, we will show you the tomb of the city founder; visit the local markets, seeing the unique Andalusia architecture in every corner of this old city in addition to its monuments.
Day 5: Fes – Merzouga.
Early in the morning around 8h your journey to the south of Morocco along the Atlas Mountains, 1200 feet high will get started.
You will spend your day on the road enjoying ifrane the little Sweziland of Morocco the greenery cedar forests and monekys aps trees panoramic view, before we arrive to Merzouga we will stop on ziz vally to take pictures. After check in the desert tent, you can have a ride on camel or on 4X4 car to reach for your local Berber tents where you will be welcomed with a cup of tea, before relaxing in the heart of the Sahara, where you will be spending your night in the fantastic famous dunes.
Day 6: Merzouga – Boumalen Dades
Day of the sunrise, behind the dunes of Merzouga, where you will enjoy and return back on camels to the Hotel to have your breakfast.
After checking out, we will take road to Boumalen Dades passing by Rissani, Todra Gorges where we will have lunch, and free time
After that in the heart of the Gorges we will continue to Dades Valley where you will see the Majestic sand castles and the amazing rock sculpted forms known as Monkey toes.
we will spend the night at Dades Gorges Hotel naturally in a peaceful atmosphere.
Day 7 : Boumalen Dades – Marrakech
In the morning we will continue along the “Route of a 1000 Kasbahs “to Ouarzazate where we will take our lunch break. We continue on to Ait Ben Haddou’s Village which is a marvelous example of the collection of 1000 Kasbahs (a type of fortress).
Accurately restored over decades to be classified now as a UNESCO world Heritage Site, it is considered to be one of the best preserved Kasbah villages in Morocco.
A few families still call the Kasbah their home.
During our visit to the Kasbah, you can lose yourself in the narrow, winding the pathway to feel the fantastic atmosphere of this magical structure.
We will continue by the charming Tizi n’ Tichka Pass to descend past the ravishing mountain villages, dense woods and amazingly green fields to the red colored Marrakech city.
